The North Mayo Primary Schools Cross Country championships was hosted by Moy Valley AC in Belleek today. This competition has been held in Mayo since 1981. We were delighted to take part this year and our school was proudly represented in all four races ; 3rd/4th class girls 1000m, 3rd/4th class boys 1000m, 5th/6th class girls 1200m and 5th/6th class boys 1200m. Our four teams did Ardagh N.S proud. We had some strong individual finishes with a number of our runners finishing in the top 12 in their races. 5th& 6th class girls in particular had a super team performance. All of our athletes tried their best and finished their races with determination and pride. Well done to all.
